Duck eggs are bigger and have a richer yolk with more protein, which makes them great for baking. Chicken eggs are a bit lighter and more familiar, but both come from healthy, pasture-raised birds.

Yes. Our eggs are certified organic, and our birds eat organic feed. More importantly, they live outside every day, scratch the ground, and live naturally. That makes a difference in the quality of the egg.

They eat certified organic grain and whatever they find outside—bugs, grass, seeds, weeds. That mix gives them a healthy, balanced diet and makes for rich yolks and better nutrition in every egg we gather.

No. We never use antibiotics as part of daily care. If a bird gets sick, we treat it if needed, but we don’t include eggs from treated birds in our regular customer supply.
